Chinese recipe for green beans?

Does anyone know the recipe for the big green beans, they were always in restaurants Chinese?

Szechuan Green Bean Ingredients: Chinese longbeans £ 1 (also known as beans or just Yardlong longbeans) 1 tablespoon garlic chopped 1 tablespoon chopped ginger 2 scallions (spring onions, green onions), white part only 1 / 2 teaspoon chili paste 1 tsp tablespoons dark soy sauce 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar 1 / 4 c. tea salt and pepper to taste taste, optional 2 tablespoons vegetable or peanut oil for stir-fries, or as needed Preparation: Wash longbeans, drain to bottom, and trim the ups and downs. Longbeans Cut on the diagonal into slices about 2 inches long. Chop garlic, ginger and white part of scallions. Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Add longbeans and saute until they begin to shrivel or "bowl" and brown (5 to 7 minutes). Remove the long beans and drain in a colander or on paper towels. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok over high heat. Add garlic, ginger and green onions. Fry for a few seconds, then add the chili paste and fry for a few seconds until more aromatic. Longbeans and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve. Serving suggestion: Szechuan green beans would make an excellent topping to accompany Mapo Tofu. *** ENJOY!
